As a trained F&B professional and vice world champion in the restaurant business, he looks back on many years of experience in the international luxury hotel industry. As Managing Director of GO by Steffen Henssler, he was most recently responsible for the brand's expansion in Munich, Stuttgart and Brussels. He also advises owner-managed restaurants and start-ups on service excellence, talent management, process optimization and profitability.
