This motto accompanied the trained restaurant specialist, Felix Riedl, during his stations in the international luxury hotel industry such as "The Lanesborough", "The Ritz London", the "Burj al Arab" and the "Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof". In 2021, as Director of Food & Beverage, he positioned the Steigenberger Hotel Doha on the market for the Football World Cup and was responsible for the gastronomy concept for the opening of two further hotels in Ras Al-Khaimah in 2022. In his current position as General Manager at Food&Bev Concepts Group, Felix Riedl is responsible for implementing an ambitious expansion strategy and optimizing processes and operations with the help of digital solutions.
