When I started my apprenticeship, it quickly became clear to me that I absolutely had to work on a cruise ship. I did this on the MS Europa and MS Europa 2 and explored the world at the same time. Afterwards I ended up at my current employer DSR Hotelholding and worked for 7 years at the Hotel Louis C. Jacob Hotel. There, among other things, most of the time in the 2-times starred Jacobs Restaurant. After holding positions such as F&B and Deputy Director, I then moved within the company to the aja in Grömitz as Resort Manager. Here I am now responsible for 1 1/2 years as resort manager.
