I joined B&B on Feb. 1, 2021 as Chief Digital Officer - a team of 40 colleagues from the areas of CRM, Platform Development, Customer Care, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing. As the CE/NE region, we are responsible for Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and, from Jan 2023, Denmark. At B&B, we operate a total of just under 700 hotels in Europe and around 190 in the Central Northern Europe region. approx. 190. As a budget hotel chain, the topic of automation, data-driven decisions and an individual digital customer journey according to customer groups is really "key".
