Marc O. Benkert is CEO and Founder of the investment company Be:con GmbH and has been working for and with the hotel industry for two decades. Initially as an external management consultant in the areas of marketing, digitization and sales, and later as a developer and operator of vacation properties. He is also CEO and Founder of Salt & Rocks GmbH and other companies that are currently developing and operating vacation hotels and apartments, particularly in the North German coastal region, such as in St. Peter-Ording and on Sylt. On the one hand, the properties are held in the portfolio, but they are also sold to private or institutional investors and continue to be operated. In operations, the development of motivating working environments and a high degree of digitization are at the top of its agenda.
