As managing partner, Kerstin Rapp-Schwan founded Schwan & Schwan Gastro GmbH. Today, four "Swans" in Düsseldorf and Neuss and, since 2017, the restaurant "Beethoven" in Düsseldorf-Flingern belong to the company with 150 employees, which Kerstin Rapp-Schwan runs together with her husband Martin Rapp. Their businesses offer loving gastronomy for the whole family, for business lunches and company celebrations with home cooking based on Grandma Käthe's recipes and predominantly regional fresh cuisine. Since 2018, Kerstin Rapp-Schwan has also been using her large network as an executive consultant for gastronomy for the personnel consultancy Konen & Lorenzen. Since mid-2020, Kerstin has also been a partner at tellerrand consulting in Hamburg.
