Oliver Blum is a hotel businessman, graduate in business administration (BA), specialist author and managing director and founder of Glückliche Gäste. Having grown up in the kitchens and behind the counters of his parents' inns, he started his own business as a gastro coach after his initial training as a hotel manager while studying business administration. As a board member, the Swabian entrepreneur was responsible for up to 2,500 employees in the catering industry and, as a wholesaler and food producer, also got to know the supplier side of the food industry. For him, location analysis, business plan, marketing, cuisine and guest needs are inseparable. For him, the honest willingness to serve the guest, combined with a high level of professional know-how and a deep understanding of business management, is authentically lived gastronomy quality.
